WareGuest implementation process is divided in two levels. The technical implementation process that defines all the third­‐party hardware and software necessary for our applications, and the application implementation process which defines and configure the WareGuest applications for your business. According to our business needs, the technical implementation process provides all the necessary hardware (servers, phone systems, network, TV sets, etc…), and software (operating systems, database systems, backup, etc…) for WareGuest applications to run. Our technicians can deliver all the services necessary to the project, or part of the necessary systems, depending to the nature of the project.

Common to all it’s the definition of all hardware and software requisites for your project, which we will provide. The application implementation process follows a methodology which consists first the detailed definition of your resort requirements, strategic planning and business processes in order to define the setup and detailed configuration of your WareGuest solution. During this process we promote working meetings to define in detail your WareGuest solution, and produce the setup document, that will be used to configure the system. After setup and configuration we provide to you the final solution, certified and prepared to go live.
