InovGuest Front-Office, it's the center of the daily operations of any hotel unit. All the hotel reception and reservations operations are done thru your Front-Office. All the comunication with the resort guest at the reception it's done easily with your Front-Office. The various operations are carried out quickly with a minimum number of iterations, using the shortcuts available for that purpose.
InovGuest Plannings, provides a graphical interface (Plannings) to view and possible change the state of occupation of the Hotel unit. With a simple drag'n'drop you can change a reservation, at the same time you can view the rooms to sell, contracts of allotments, over bookings, accommodation types, contract agencies, etc.. With the module Plannings, you can easily see and change the state of occupation of your Hotel within a simple and easy graphical interface.
InovGuest Front-Office Listings, you can obtain listings and maps of the Front-office daily operation of the unit as well as other aspects of the management and planning. Several reports are available in this module, essential for the management of your daily business.
InovGuest Graphical Statistics, produces a variety of information for analysis of the current resort operation, and future of your business. InovGuest Advanced Current Accounts, is the part of InovGuest, which is responsible for all financial relationship with external parties (third parties), including agencies, vendors, and others. InovGuest Owners Management, is capable to manage all kind of owners contracts automatically with total control of property owners current accounts. We cover all the types of property owner’s contracts, like guarantee rental, split revenue, split property, time-sharing, etc. Property Owners management is a dynamic process that needs flexibility to suit every and any case of the relation between the hotelier and property owner.
InovGuest Multiproperty, it's suitable for Hotel chains. This module are capable to consolidates all the hotel units’ information in one place. Despite of the geographical situation of each Hotel, InovGuest Multiproperty management system are capable to collect information of each hotel unit, and analyze the consolidated data. It is also responsible for connecting different units to share information in a flexible and secure way.
